“Life Hacks” highlight different topics that help students with their Mines journey. Each topic offers an overview for quick tips, then join the counselor for 30 minutes on zoom to expand on these skills.

"Imposter Syndrome": We all have insecurities, and many of us will experience an overwhelming level of self-doubt that can keep us stuck at some point in our lives. This is also known as, Imposter Syndrome. Attend this workshop to learn more about this phenomenon, and its impact on our health, careers, and relationships. You will leave with many kinds of strategies on how to harness these negative feelings into achieving your goals.
