Ever thought about working at Financial Aid? Now's the time!

We are looking for folks who dig customer service to fill specific gaps in our schedule. All class levels welcome to apply!
We're looking for someone to help answer emails and the phone, handle walk-in traffic and their questions, and who has ninja-level problem-solving skills. We also need someone who likes people. If this sounds like your jam, we want to hear from you!
Work study is required but financial aid experience is not - we'll teach you everything you'll need to know (including random camping gear facts and almost anything about dogs.) We need a minimum of 8 hours a week of availability from you, and are specifically looking to fill the following schedule holes:
Mondays and Wednesdays 11am-noon Tuesdays 10am-noon Thursdays 8-9am and noon-1pm Fridays 8-9am
You don't need to cover all of those times, but preference will be given to students who are available during a chunk of these shifts.
