Want to get stronger safely? Are you lifting but unsure if you're using the correct technique? Intro to Powerlifting is a 10-week course designed to help your maximize your squat, bench, and deadlift! Open to experienced powerlifters and beginners! Open to all students, faculty, and staff! This program includes pre- and post-program fitness testing and wellness surveys to track your progress physically and mentally. To participate, please visit the SRC front desk and ask for the “Small Group Training 20 Punch Pass Membership".
