The Golden Gallop, a fundraiser for Golden Schools, is coming up on September 21st, and is in need of volunteers.

The Golden Gallop (5K, 10K, and Kids Fun Run), the biggest fundraiser for the Golden Schools Foundation, is coming up on September 21st! The race will start and finish at Golden High School. In addition to always welcoming participants, we are also in need of volunteers.

Volunteers will all receive a T-shirt. We are happy to write letters certifying the volunteer hours the students contribute.

The Golden Schools Foundation serves the seven schools in the Golden articulation area and seeks to encourage a high level of performance and accountability. We also provide funds for teachers to have release time for job training, professional development, or peer collaboration. Scholarships are available at GHS for credit recovery and for seniors headed to college. Our largest program provides Enrichment Grants to each school for projects that support innovative teaching and learning.
