September 17th is Constitution Day and Citizenship Day
On September 17, 1787, the U.S. Constitution was signed in Philadelphia, laying the foundation for our nation’s government and civic life. Each year, Constitution Day (September 17th) offers an opportunity to consider the enduring impact of this document and to consider how its principles continue to shape our society and our individual lives not only as engineers and scientists, but as citizens and leaders.
