Coping & Connecting through Change: Undergraduate Student Support Group, Thursdays at 3:30 pm.
Come and find common ground and get real about stressors, life’s changes, and learn new skills throughout your journey at Mines.
Discussion topics include: adjusting to new living situations, dealing with increased academic stress, going through changes with relationships, and finding an internship or job. Come connect with peers who are navigating similar changes and adjustment.
This group is a supportive place where you can share your challenges and experiences with other undergraduate students, find connection with peers and learn valuable coping skills to manage the stress, anxiety and depression that often come when you feel off balance.
This drop-in group is held weekly on Thursdays at 3:30 pm and is open to undergraduate students. Snacks and beverages provided. Facilitated by University Counselors Justin Male and Jackie Reisma. Group held at Wellness Center, 2nd floor conference room.
