Bioinformatics and Computational Biology Society (BCBS) is a student-driven organization focused on connecting the realms of biology, computer science, and data! These three regions of STEM are consistently undergoing convergent evolution. BCBS is focused on students exploring all three of these realms in conjunction with one another to ensure we are all aware of the systems at play from a local to a global level. We, along with your ideas, aim to act as a bridge for these three fields and provide a community to others with the same interdisciplinary desires. Meaning, it's okay if you don't know the most about biology, or computing!
