Monday, McNeil 313 @7PM How can we communicate well about abortion with our peers who may view these things very differently?
Monday, Oct. 6th: Is it possible to turn a heated debate about abortion into a productive dialogue? In a state like Colorado, where it is legal to induce an abortion at any point in pregnancy and for any reason, can those who believe that all human beings should be protected from violence from the time they come into existence until their natural death find any common ground with those who affirm Colorado's current laws about abortion? Also, how can we communicate well about abortion with fellow human beings who view these things very differently than we do? Kristine Hunerwadel with Justice For All will address these questions and share stories of conversations she's had about abortion. All are welcome and there will be plenty of time for Q&A.
