Skill Building Series: Anxiety Toolbox-Starting Oct 9
Department / Organization: Counseling Center
Three session series focusing on helping students understand and manage symptoms of anxiety. Thursdays at 11:30, starts 10/9!
Anxiety Toolbox is a psycho-educational series of three 50-min sessions that focus on helping students understand anxiety and build skills to manage these symptoms. The three sessions are divided into content that builds upon itself. The modules are dedicated to (1) understanding anxiety, (2) introducing a method for slowing down and disentangling the experience of anxiety, and (3) developing alternative responses to anxiety. By the end of the workshop, you will have your own individualized plan for managing anxiety.
Facilitated by Patrick Starkey and Sterling Fabinski with the Counseling Center.
