Revised Undergraduate Hiring and Add Job Business Process

Business process revisions to improve efficiency and the overall experience for hiring managers and employees.
We’re happy to introduce revisions to the Undergraduate Hiring and Add Job business processes.
Scope: These changes apply only to Undergraduate Hiring. They do not impact Graduate Student and non-student hiring, or non-remunerated arrangements.

To help navigate these changes, MAPS will be hosting two virtual training and Q&A sessions for departments. We strongly encourage you to attend one of the sessions to receive important updates and practical guidance that will help streamline your processes and support your department’s success.
