Grad Students: UV Photoelectron Spectroscopy Training
Department / Organization: SIF
Learn how to acquire workfunction, ionization potential, and valence band measurements with UPS!
Ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy (UPS) is a highly surface sensitive technique which is used to measure energies of valence states at the top ~15 Angstrom surface. This technique has broad applicability to catalysis, photovoltaics, perovskites, and semiconductors. Please reach out to Jayson Foster or Michael Walker to discuss how your research can benefit from UPS.
