Guitar Ensemble Class at Mines in Spring Semester

Here at Mines, you can take Guitar Ensemble class (LIMU 121 A; CRN: 11207) for credit this Spring!
Have you ever wanted to play the guitar? Or do you already play it? Here at Mines, you can take Guitar Ensemble class (LIMU 121 A; CRN: 11207) for credit this spring! The class will meet twice per week on Monday and Wednesday from 1:00-1:50pm. You can think of this as a small guitar orchestra. No experience necessary, and we do have a limited number of free loaner guitars. Along the way you'll learn how to read music in standard notation on guitar and basic music theory. By the end of the semester the class will be competent enough to play in a public concert on campus, which is scheduled on May 2 at 4pm. Our fall concert is coming up on December 6, so check us out! Remember that guitarists of all levels, including total beginners, are welcome to this class.
