Reminder of Standardized Mailing Address for CSM

CSM receives 100's of packages on a daily basis. Improper addressing of your mail and packages will result in a delay of your delivery. Using the Standardized Mailing Address will avoid carriers' confusion when delivering to campus thus avoiding mis-deliveries or lost packages. To insure proper delivery by all carriers and routing by DS staff. All Carriers should deliver material and packages to 1301 19th St. Golden CO 80401* Please use the following format when ordering material:
Staff and Faculty: Your Name and Department Colorado School of Mines 1301 19th St Golden Colorado 80401
Students in Residential Halls: Your Name and Res Hall Colorado School of Mines 1301 19th St Golden CO 80401
• Students if you order from a private carrier service ex: Walmart, Target, Grub hub, flowers or food deliveries such as pizza, Safeway etc. make sure these items are a direct delivery to your res hall address. Some of these carriers drop off these orders after hours to the warehouse without a name or res hall on the package. We get 100’s of packages a day and using the wrong address will result in a delivery delay of your material/orders. Please keep in mind that we do not deliver to individual offices. We deliver mail and packages exclusively to Departmental offices and Res Hall front desks. Our receiving hours are Mon to Fri 7am to 3pm. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter
