Beyond financial support, the Kiewit Scholars Program offers a three-year, cohort-based experience designed to develop well-rounded, future industry leaders. Scholars gain the skills and knowledge needed to become world-class engineers through exclusive leadership development opportunities, group activities, project site visits and immersive trips, meaningful industry exposure, and mentorship from Kiewit’s senior leadership.
