Annual W-2 Tax Return Document for 2025 Now Available

Paper W-2s were mailed last week and are available now via ADP W-2 Online Services.
2025 W-2s were mailed last week by our W-2 provider, ADP, and should arrive at employee's home address in the coming days via U.S. mail.
You can also access your W-2 electronically at any time through ADP's secure portal: https://my.adp.com. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you registered with ADP last year, simply log in to access your 2025 W-2. If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it via the link on the login page.
If you did not register with ADP last year, please follow the link below for instructions on how to complete the registration process.
New Reporting Information for 2025: In accordance with the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, non-exempt employees who earned overtime in 2025 will see their eligible non-taxable overtime earnings reported in Box 14, identified with the label BBB OT.
Important Reminder: If you opted to receive only an electronic copy of your year-end tax documents, a paper W-2 will not be mailed to you. You will need to access your 2025 W-2 through ADP.
