Join the Summer Mines Engineering and Training (SUMMET) teaching team!
If you've ever considered a career in education, this is the role for you! SUMMET is a week-long program for rising seniors to come stay on campus and experience life as a Mines student. They'll attend lectures, workshops, and lab tours to see all that Mines has to offer. As a SUMMET Teaching Intern, you’ll work closely with the SUMMET Academic Program Coordinator to create impactful experiences for students exploring engineering and STEM fields at Colorado School of Mines. This role will allow you to gain hands-on experience in program planning, relationship building, and curriculum design while fostering a collaborative learning environment for students from diverse backgrounds.
