Sibson Team Town Halls

We need to hear from you!
Mines is embarking on a comprehensive initiative to improve the quality and efficiency of our business processes. Our goal is to ease the administrative burden on faculty, staff, and students by creating efficient and effective processes. As part of the assessment phase, we are holding four town hall meetings to gather input from campus.

We would like to focus on those processes that are most difficult for you. Examples may include registration actions, travel, procurement, etc. If you have had difficulty in accomplishing tasks like these or have recommendations for improvements, we want to know about it! Please attend one of the town hall meetings where you can come in, write your problem down and leave. The town halls will have facilitators to answer questions you may have or to discuss your ideas. It will take just a moment, and we will provide light refreshments for your efforts. Town Hall meetings are scheduled over the next couple of weeks:

Thursday – April 20 8:30 -9:30 am Student Center Ballroom E
and 12:30 -1:30 pm Rec Center – McNeil room

Thursday – April 27 12:30 - 1:30 pm Student Center Ballroom A
and 3:30 - 4:30 pm Student Center Ballroom A
