The Mines Park Application will open for the 2026-2026 academic year on March 9th at 10AM MST!

The Village at Mines Park is an on-campus apartment community serving juniors, seniors, graduate students, and students with families (e.g., spouses, children, dependents). The community is located just west of the main campus: take a 15-minute walk or a quick ride on the OreCart Shuttle to get to your classes and research!

The housing application will be available in the Housing Portal (linked in your my.mines.edu account) beginning March 9. Applications received between March 9 and 22nd at 11:59 PM MT will be assigned via a lottery. Additional offers will be made on a rolling basis, based on availability.

New residents are offered 10-month contracts (August 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027) with the opportunity to renew for 12 additional months (June 1, 2027 – May 31, 2028). Rent rates are all-inclusive and cover gas, electric, water, laundry, internet, and trash removal.
