Bio:
Jessica Lau is a Leadership Coach and Grid Strategy Consultant who helps leaders and teams build the trust, communication, and alignment needed to do their best work. With nearly two decades of experience in the electric power industry, Jessica combines technical expertise and human-centered strategies to power the future grid. She has led initiatives with Fortune 500 companies and government agencies, establishing vital partnerships with local communities and technology developers. Her expertise includes transmission and distribution planning, smart grid technology, wholesale energy markets, and resilience projects. She has worked at ISO New England, the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, Xcel Energy, and Con Edison. Jessica holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Math and an M.S. in Power Systems Management.
