Thursday, April 20th at 9am, MZ326 - Professor Charlie Bamforth from UC Davis will be giving a guest lecture as part of CSM’s intro to brewing science class (CBEN324 - offered Spring semesters).

Thursday, April 20th at 9am, MZ326 - Charlie Bamforth is the Anheuser-Busch Endowed Professor of Malting and Brewing Science - and is one of the world leaders in brewing research. Professor Bamford is also focused on beer education and outreach - helping to explain the science of beer to general audiences.
