We are pleased to announce that our Learning and Development team is once again offering competency training. These sessions will provide a comprehensive overview of Mines’ performance competencies for University Staff (previously known as Administrative Faculty) and offer practical strategies for applying them in your day-to-day work. Whether you are new to the competencies or looking to reinforce your knowledge, this training will benefit you.

The training is being offered to all University Staff and Supervisors who lead these individuals, including Academic Faculty and Classified Employees. The training is designed specifically for university staff competencies.
