BEMS Trailblazer Scholarship Opportunity

A brand-new scholarship opportunity awaits BEMS seniors in the 2026-2027 academic year. Apply through March 31st!

Are you a BEMS student entering your senior year next Fall? The Economics & Business department is excited to announce that we are offering a brand-new Business Engineering & Management Science Trailblazer Scholarship for this next academic year – Fall 2026 through Spring 2027. The application is now live in the Scholarship Portal!

The BEMS Trailblazer scholarship is a prestigious award granted to a senior in the BEMS program who has demonstrated a commitment to service, leadership, and/or mentorship within the Department of Economics in Business throughout their time at Mines. Students applying for this scholarship should consider specific examples of how they have been a Trailblazer in helping to shape the signature BEMS student experience through their service, leadership, and/or mentorship.

AWARD: $10,000
APPLICATION DEADLINE: TUESDAY, MARCH 31, 2026

ELIGIBILITY:
•Must be an undergraduate Senior in the BEMS program graduating next academic year in Fall or Spring.
•Must be in good academic standing.
•Must demonstrate leadership, service, and/or mentorship within the Economics & Business department.

HOW TO APPLY:

1. Log on to my.mines.edu with your Okta username and password.
2. Search for ‘Scholarship’ in the search bar.
3. Click on the Scholarship Portal and then on the button for students (you must be logged into your account in the scholarship portal)
4. Complete the BEMS Trailblazer Scholarship.
