Trauma Informed Yoga for Well-being

Three sessions offered in April 2026 for stress, recovery, healing 4/3 4/10 & 4/24 4pm SRC Isaacs

We all hear that stress and trauma are stored in the body. Trauma-informed yoga infuses yoga with mindfulness and can help to reduce symptoms of PTSD, can help individuals relax and stay in the present moment, and can help you feel more connected and balanced. Who doesn't need more of that?

This session is hosted by Rec Center Fitness, in collaboration with the SHAPE Office, and facilitated by Instructor Meghan Dillon.
