Come learn from industry professional Ry Stone from Agapito Associates on Monday, 4/13, from 12-1 pm in Berthoud 109. As a Principal Geomechanical Engineer, he can provide insights into developing successful ground support designs. His presentation, "Ground Support Design for a Pre-driven Recovery Room in Soft Floor Conditions at a Trona Mine:  How Operational Constraints, Empirical Data, and Numerical Modeling are used to Develop a Successful Ground Support Design", will be about the integration of field observations, empirical methods, and numerical modeling to develop effective and practical ground support strategies under challenging soft floor conditions.
