Internship Opportunity with VIP - Career Center

The Career Center and Vallejo-Irvine Program (VIP) for Professional Development are seeking two highly motivated undergraduate student interns. The VIP Professional Development Intern is a premier, leadership position designed for students who are passionate about building expertise in the "human side" of engineering by bridging the gap between rigorous technical education and professional excellence. This role is a unique experience, spanning a full academic year (June – May): • Summer Phase (June – August): Focuses on high-level program design, curriculum innovation, and strategic planning for the VIP program. • Fall/Spring Phase (August – May): Focuses on direct student impact, serving as a Peer Advisor, launching the resources developed and programs planned during the summer. Gain valuable project management experience, build your professional network with alumni and industry experts, and demonstrate tangible evidence for professional and career readiness skills valued by employers!
