Join our team as a Junior Instructional Designer and help create engaging, high-quality educational content. Comprehensive on-the-job training is provided to support your success and development. Responsibilities: Create and improve PowerPoint presentations for learning and engagement Develop storyboards for educational videos Use Office 365 tools and adapt to new software Support course development Edit courses in a learning management system Track progress using project management tools Tag media assets for course production Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly via email, Teams, Asana, and other platforms Requirements: Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, and Office 365 (storyboarding a plus) Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks Self-motivated, eager to learn, and team-oriented Availability of at least 10 hours per week Pay: Starting at $15.25/hour.
