Submit a request form now to keep an external phone number, fax number or desk phone.

The window is now open to request to keep dedicated external phone numbers, fax lines, or physical desk phones. Please submit one form per 4-digit extension by the May 15 deadline.

If you do not submit a request by May 15, your account will move to the standard Teams configuration. You will continue to use Teams to chat, collaborate, and host online meetings with both internal and external participants, but you will no longer have a dedicated phone number or physical desk phone.
