Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) 12-Month Period Change
Department / Organization: Human Resources Update to FMLA 12 Month Measurement Period:
Effective July 1, 2026, Mines will be transitioning from a fixed 12-month period of July to June, to a 12-month period measured forward from the first date an employee takes FMLA leave.
