You have until Friday, May 15, to request to keep a physical phone, fax, or external number.

The deadline to request a dedicated external phone line, fax, or physical desk phone is next Friday, May 15.

If a request is not submitted by May 15, your account will move to the standard Teams configuration. You’ll use Teams for chats, collaboration, and online meetings with internal and external participants, but you will no longer have a fax, dedicated phone number, or physical desk phone.
