The deadline to request a dedicated external phone line, fax, or physical desk phone is today, May 15. If you have not submitted your form, please do so immediately.

After today, accounts without a request will move to the standard Microsoft Teams configuration. You’ll use Teams for chats, collaboration, and online meetings with internal and external participants, but you will no longer have a fax, dedicated phone number, or physical desk phone.
