Final grades for the Spring 2026 semester are due Monday, May 18 by 4:30 p.m.

Final grading is just around the corner. To ensure a smooth end-of-term for you and your students, please keep this quick guide handy:

How to Submit Grades
- Via Trailhead: Navigate to the Faculty Services tile and select Faculty Grade Entry.
- Via Canvas: Follow the step-by-step instructions available on the Faculty Grading webpage.
- Grade Changes: Use the Faculty Grade Change link in the Trailhead "Faculty Services" tab to launch the OnBase form.
(Note: If you have access issues, please contact IT for a reset.)

Important Compliance Reminders
To avoid registration delays and financial aid issues, please keep these four rules in mind:
- The "Last Attendance" Requirement: If you assign an F, INC, or PRU, you must fill in the "Last Attendance Date." The system will block your submission if this is missing.
- No Placeholder Grades: Please do not use "INC" as a temporary fix. Assigning a placeholder creates significant downstream issues for student records.
- Incomplete (INC) Criteria: Only assign an "INC" to students who meet the specific qualifications for an Incomplete.
- Non-Attending Students: If a student never attended, they should be assigned an F or PRU. Use the first day of the term as their last date of attendance.
