Are you interested in a potential major change to the B.S. in Quantum Systems Engineering (QSE)?

- Please read through the published major requirements in the 2026-27 new course catalog: https://catalog.mines.edu/undergraduate/academics/degrees/bsinquantumsystems/

-If you are getting error messages while accessing the new catalog, you typically need to clear the cache and/or delete cookies on your internet browser. Please review all listed requirements carefully, as your catalog will be updated to 2026-27 if you choose to change your major.

- Reminder: You can preview how your current coursework meets QSE requirements by conducting a "what-if" analysis in Degree Works. Enter Degree Works from the card in Trailhead, click the "What-If" tab and enter 2026-2027 in the "Catalog Year" box and Quantum Systems Engineering in the "Major" box and click submit. If you notice any discrepancies between the catalog and Degree Works requirements, please contact CASA.
