Year End Reminder: Student Account Adjustments Due June 19th
Department / Organization: Office of the Bursar All FY26 student account adjustments must be submitted to the Bursar's Office by June 19, 2026
Dear Campus Community, As we approach fiscal year-end, please submit any requests for adjustments to student accounts by Friday, June 19, 2026, to ensure they are processed in FY26. Examples of student account adjustments include, but are not limited to: • GRA/TA award funding changes • Student Award Forms • Departmental charges or credits • Other student account corrections Because Banner does not allow transactions to be back-dated, any student account adjustments submitted after June 19, 2026 will be recorded in FY27, regardless of the period to which they relate. Submitting requests by June 19 will provide sufficient time for review and processing before year-end deadlines. Thank you for your assistance and cooperation.
