How to Submit Final Grades:
- Via Trailhead: Log in, locate the Faculty Services tile, and click Faculty Grade Entry.
- Via Canvas: Follow the integration steps outlined on the Faculty Grading Page.

How to Request a Grade Change:
If you need to update a grade after submission, log into Trailhead, navigate to the Faculty Services tab, and click Faculty Grade Change to open the form. (If you cannot open the form, please contact ITS directly to reset your access.)

Critical Reminders Before You Submit
- F, INC, and PRU Grades: You must fill out the Last Attendance Date box for these grades, or the system will block your submission.
- Never-Attended Students: If a student never attended your class, assign them an F or PRU and enter the first day of the term as their last date of attendance.
- No "INC" Placeholders: Only award an Incomplete (INC) if the student explicitly qualifies for it. Do not use it as a placeholder, as it delays degree progression and creates academic hurdles for the student.
