I’m starting a Mines Caregivers of Adult Parents Support Group to help us all cope with what can be an overwhelming and stressful role in our adult lives. This group is meant to be non-judgmental, supportive, and hopefully fun. (If we don’t laugh at the absurdity of our role as caregivers we’ll cry - so we might as well laugh.)

The first meeting is scheduled for:

The goal of the first meeting is to meet each other and share our caregiving story. We’ll set some basic ground rules, discuss what we want to do - or not do - with this group, and figure out a cadence for our meetings.

Bring your favorite breakfast beverage and come ready to share, laugh, and find your community.
