Improved Undergraduate Student Hiring Process Trainings
Department / Organization: Human Resources Register for a series of training courses designed to cover the improved undergraduate student hiring process.
On Monday, July 20, the new undergraduate student hiring process will launch in Workday following months of feedback collection, decision-making, configuration, and testing. To support this transition, a series of trainings will be offered this summer covering the improved process. Part A: Managerial information (student onboarding, expectations, FERPA, Title IX, etc). If you attended our April 10 full-day training, you do not need to attend Part A. • 7/16/26- Part A, Session 1 (1-4pm); Marquez 226, capacity of 72 • 7/20/26- Part A, Session 2 (9-noon); Marquez 226, capacity of 72 Part B: “Need-to-Knows” of the new hiring process, which will include an in-depth Workday demo of the new posting and hiring process! Please bring your (charged) laptops and a job req to practice in Workday. • 7/23/26- Part B, Session 1 (12-5pm); Marquez 226, capacity of 72 • 7/29/26- Part B, Session 2 (8-1pm); Marquez 226, capacity of 72 To register, please visit the Learning and Development Calendar on the Human Resources website.
