New Commuter Parking on Campus Department / Organization: Parking Parking changes to lots near Lookout Apartments The former "Commuter Parking Lots" (F, A, and AA) which are located south of 19th Street and west of Lookout Apartments are now designated for students who live at the Lookout Apartments. The new lot name is LA. Faculty, staff and students with Blue permits are encouraged to park in Blue Lots on campus. A new Blue lot (lot X) will open soon south of 19th Street on the east side of Lookout Apartments.
