How to Cross 19th Street Safely
Department / Organization: Parking Use new crossing or Illinois Street light to cross 19th Street.
To safely cross 19th Street all pedestrians must cross either at the light-protected HAWK crossing between Elm and Illinois Streets or at the Illinois Street light. The old crosswalk at the Elm Street roundabout has been removed and pedestrians may not cross 19th Street there.
