Attention hiring managers of undergraduate student workers! We are here to support you with the new undergraduate student hiring process in Workday, which launched last month.

A new web page is now live on the HR site to help you navigate the new process. We recommend Bookmarking this page for easy access. Additionally, Clara Woodmansee and the Talent Acquisition team are hosting virtual drop-in office hours starting Aug 4 through September:

Tuesdays: 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. (will be 11:30a.m. - 12:30p.m. after September 8, 2026)

During the first two weeks of the rollout, each session will be extended to 90 minutes to allow additional time for demonstrations and questions. The sessions will begin with focused learning areas:

Week 1: Posting a Student Job
Week 2: Reviewing Applicants, Moving Candidates & Starting Offers
Week 3: Offers & What Happens Next
Week 4: Declining Non-Selected Candidates & Closing Your Search
