Final Grades for the Summer Session Due Monday, August 24

Final grade submissions for the summer session are due by Monday, August 24 at 4:30 p.m. Please review these critical compliance reminders before you submit:

- Last Attendance Date Required: For any grade of F, INC, or PRU, you must enter a "Last Attendance Date" for financial aid compliance, or the system will block your submission.
- Students Who Never Attended: Assign an earned grade of F or PRU and enter the first day of the term as their last date of attendance.
- No "INC" Placeholders: Only award an Incomplete (INC) if a student explicitly qualifies for it. Using it as a temporary placeholder creates academic hurdles and delays degree progression.
- Verify Calculations: Double-check your final calculations and spreadsheets before submission to avoid the need for subsequent grade changes.
