Join us for Sleep Hacks for High Achievers! Thur 9/10 @ 4pm

Department / Organization: Counseling Center

Attend this virtual workshop and leave with information on managing your sleep as a Mines student!

For many high achievers, sleep is often the first thing sacrificed to meet academic and personal demands. Yet sometimes this is unintentionally self-sabotaging since sleep plays a vital role in focus, learning, memory and overall performance. Or, you may not be intentionally losing sleep, but instead struggling to fall asleep, stay asleep, or experience truly restful sleep. If you are experiencing stress, anxiety, sleepless nights, burnout, and a loss of motivation, you are not alone.

“Life Hacks” highlight different topics that help students thrive in their college experience. Each topic offers an overview for quick tips, then join the counselor for 30 minutes on zoom to expand on these skills.

If you need accommodations for this event, please contact counseling@mines.edu at least 5 business days before the virtual Life Hack so we can adjust as needed.
