Join us for a Life Hack on Imposter Syndrome! Mon 9/14 @ 4pm

Department / Organization: Counseling Center

Attend this virtual workshop and leave with information on mastering your career fears and expectations!

We all have insecurities, and many of us will experience an overwhelming level of self-doubt that can keep us stuck at some point in our lives. This is also known as, Imposter Syndrome. Attend this workshop to learn more about this phenomenon, and its impact on our health, careers, and relationships. You will leave with many kinds of strategies on how to harness these negative feelings into achieving your goals.

“Life Hacks” highlight different topics that help students thrive in their college experience. Each topic offers an overview for quick tips, then join the counselor for 30 minutes on zoom to expand on these skills.

If you need accommodations for this event, please contact counseling@mines.edu at least 5 business days before the virtual Life Hack so we can adjust as needed.
