Hiring managers of undergraduate student workers: Human Resources is here to support you through the new undergraduate student hiring process in Workday, which launched last month.

A new page is now live on the HR website to help you navigate the new process: https://hr.mines.edu/student-hiring-managers/ We recommend bookmarking this page for easy access. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition team is hosting virtual drop-in office hours now through the month of September:

Tuesdays: 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Fridays: 11:30 a.m. to 1p.m.

The sessions will begin with focused learning areas:
Week of Aug. 17: Offers & What Happens Next
Week of Aug. 24: Declining Non-Selected Candidates & Closing Your Search

After Labor Day, the sessions will be one hour long, from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Tuesdays (after Sept. 8) and 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Fridays (after Sept. 11). If you cannot attend these sessions, please use the job aids, new web page and reach out to HR for additional assistance.
