Pay schedule changes must be submitted no later than August 23th

The default pay schedule for Academic Faculty is 10 months, from August through May. Faculty who prefer to receive their salary over 12 months must complete a Deferred Pay Agreement Form and submit it to the MAPS Office no later than Sunday, August 23rd.

Due to IRS regulations, late submissions cannot be accepted.

Faculty who are already enrolled in the 12-month deferred pay schedule do not need to take any action to remain on the deferred pay schedule.
