You are eligible to vote in Colorado if you:
-Will be 18 years of age or older at the time of the next election,
-Are a United States citizen,
-Have resided in Colorado 22 days immediately before the election in which you intend to vote,
-Are not serving a sentence of confinement, detention, or parole for a felony conviction.

You may register to vote online, by mail, or in person at any Colorado Driver’s License office, any Jefferson County City Clerk’s Office, or the Jefferson County Elections Division.

The United States Election Assistance Commission provides registration and voting information for all states. If you are registering to vote in another state, you must request an absentee or mail-in ballot from your state’s election office to receive a ballot.
