Got anxiety? Anxiety Toolbox can help- starts 9/3!

Department / Organization: Counseling Center

This three-session psycho-educational series helps students understand and manage symptoms of anxiety.

Anxiety Toolbox is a psycho-educational series of three 50-min sessions that focus on helping students understand anxiety and build skills to manage these symptoms. The three sessions are divided into content that builds upon itself. The modules are dedicated to (1) understanding anxiety, (2) introducing a method for slowing down and disentangling the experience of anxiety, and (3) developing alternative responses to anxiety. By the end of the workshop, you will have your own individualized plan for managing anxiety.

Students must register via the website link and attend the first session in order to take part in this 3-part series. Facilitated by Counseling Center therapists and clinical social work interns, snacks provided.

Several sections of this series are offered during fall semester, check the schedule to find the right one for you!
