Opportunities to obtain free community meals

Chunch is Back! The Schedule for September is- Sept. 1st, Sept. 15, Sept 22, Sept 29,
Lunch & Life, commonly known as “Chunch”, takes place on Tuesdays during the school semester at Calvary Church across the street from the Mines campus. A warm home-cooked meal is provided for Colorado School of Mines students and staff. In addition to the great food, “Chunch" provides a space and time for some good conversation, an opportunity to build relationships with others, unwind a bit, and hear a word of encouragement. All are welcome!
Sept. 1st meal: Spaghetti with meatballs in a homemade marinara sauce, homemade minestrone soup!

Other Meal opportunities:
Stop by the First United Methodist Church on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30-1:00pm, and on Sunday evening from 5:30-6:30 pm. First United Methodist Church, 1500 Ford serves free community meals. Come in the aqua door close to 15th street (community room) and join us for a homecooked meal. This is a meal for anyone who wants to join.
