Luisa Payan is currently the Head of the School of Social Innovation and the Academic Director of the Social Innovation Science Park (PCIS) of Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios in Bogota, Colombia. She is an Industrial Engineer with a M.A. in Interdisciplinary Development Studies from Universidad de los Andes, who collaborates since 2014 with Engineers Without Borders Colombia.
