MURF Faculty Project Proposal Priority Deadline is April 11

Interested in bringing on an undergraduate researcher in your lab in 2025-2026? Submit project proposals by 4/11
MINES UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP (MURF) 2025-2026 MURF provides funding for students during the academic year (Fall and Spring semesters) to conduct research with a Mines faculty mentor. Students receive a total stipend of $1,500 for both Fall and Spring semesters, disbursed biweekly. Faculty project submissions are open now through April 11th (priority deadline). After April 11th, faculty submissions will continue to be accepted on a rolling basis Student applications are open from April 14th through May 23rd.
